Shipping & Delivery Policy
Everything you need to know about how your Feals India orders are packed, shipped, and delivered.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
During festive seasons or high-volume sales, processing may take up to 3–4 business days.
2. Shipping Methods & Charges
Standard Shipping (India): Free for all orders above ₹999.
Orders below ₹999 will incur a flat shipping fee of ₹50.
Delivery typically takes between 3–7 business days post-dispatch, depending on the location.
International Shipping: Currently not available.
3. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment.
If you haven’t received tracking details within 48 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us.
4. Delays & Exceptions
Unforeseen factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier issues may cause delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Feals India will assist in resolving any logistics-related issues as quickly as possible.
5. Address Accuracy
Ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct at the time of order.
Feals India is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is damaged or hasn’t arrived within the expected time, please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We’ll investigate and may offer a replacement or refund depending on the case.
